- A quote can change if the actual conditions differ in a meaningful way from the information or photos you gave us.
Property access
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas needed for the agreed service. Please tell us about known access issues, such as locked gates, tight spaces, stairs, or pets.
Property condition and hazards
Please tell us about any known hazards before we arrive. Our services are limited to the scope we agreed on.
Junk and debris
- Junk-removal pricing may depend on volume, weight, labor, disposal fees, and the type of material.
- We do not accept hazardous materials.
- Heavy or unusual materials may require separate pricing.
Weather
Outdoor services may be rescheduled when weather makes the work unsafe or unsuitable.
Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling
