Scheduling
A requested date is not guaranteed until we confirm it. We will follow up to confirm the details and timing with you.
Weather
Outdoor jobs may need to move because of weather or unsafe conditions. We will work with you to reschedule.
Property access
Please make sure we can reach the areas involved, and tell us about gates, stairs, tight spaces, pets, or anything else that affects access.
Junk and disposal
Final junk and debris pricing can account for disposal charges and the weight of the material, along with volume and labor. We do not handle hazardous materials.
Photos and remote estimates
Photos can help us estimate, but they do not guarantee that every job can be fully priced remotely. We may ask for more details.
Recurring services
Ask us about recurring lawn care, trash-bin cleaning, gutters, windows, and property maintenance. We confirm the schedule and pricing for your property in your quote.
