Junk removal is priced by the job, not as unlimited disposal. Final pricing may depend on:

Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, shingles, drywall, and heavy construction debris always require a custom quote. We do not handle hazardous materials.

Minimums & travel
Minimums and travel
There is a general $75 minimum service charge, mainly for very small standalone jobs. It does not change services that already start higher.
Service minimums may vary by location. Some farther areas may need a higher minimum job amount, a travel charge, or a larger combined booking. In western areas such as Westlake, Bay Village, Avon, Avon Lake, a $150 minimum service amount may apply.

Have photos? Upload them to help us understand your project. Photos are especially helpful for junk removal, cleanouts, yard and overgrown-property cleanup, pressure washing, gutter work, storm debris, brush removal, and light demolition. Photos alone may not be enough for every quote.
